Clause 01

Purpose Of Policy

This Research Use Policy establishes the permitted scope for purchasing, receiving, storing, documenting, and using materials offered through ForgePharms.

The policy is intended to make the research-use-only limitation clear before checkout, during order review, and after fulfillment.

Clause 02

Permitted Use

Products may be used only by qualified purchasers for lawful laboratory research, analytical reference, documentation, comparison, or related scientific investigation.

Purchaser is responsible for maintaining appropriate facilities, procedures, records, and personnel controls for any research activity involving purchased materials.

Clause 03

Non-Permitted Use

Products may not be used for human or veterinary consumption, administration, compounding for use, supplement use, bodybuilding, athletic enhancement, cosmetic use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, mitigation, or cure of disease.

Products may not be marketed, transferred, or represented as medicines, supplements, consumer products, or therapeutic products.

Clause 04

Purchaser Duties

Purchaser must review all labels, product information, batch references, COAs, warnings, and applicable restrictions before use.

Purchaser must implement appropriate handling, storage, chain-of-custody, disposal, and recordkeeping practices consistent with applicable law and internal procedures.

Clause 05

No Outcome Representation

ForgePharms does not represent that any product will produce a particular research outcome, analytical result, biological response, or experimental conclusion.

Any research design, protocol, safety assessment, or interpretation of results is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and qualified personnel.

Clause 06

Violation Of Policy

Violation of this policy may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of future service, documentation of suspected misuse, and any other remedy available under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
