Clause 01
General Refund Position
Because products are research-use-only materials with handling, storage, documentation, and chain-of-custody concerns, returns may be restricted or unavailable once an order has shipped.
Refunds, credits, replacements, or cancellations are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
Clause 02
Pre-Shipment Cancellation
A purchaser may request cancellation before shipment. ForgePharms may approve or deny cancellation depending on payment status, fulfillment status, packaging status, compliance review, inventory allocation, and operational timing.
Once an order has entered final fulfillment or carrier handoff, cancellation may no longer be available.
Clause 03
Damaged Or Incorrect Shipment
Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or materially inconsistent shipments must be submitted promptly after delivery with order number, tracking information, photographs, packaging images, and a clear description of the issue.
ForgePharms may request additional information before determining whether replacement, credit, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Clause 04
Non-Returnable Materials
Opened, used, altered, relabeled, temperature-compromised, improperly stored, or transferred materials are not eligible for return.
ForgePharms may decline return or replacement where chain of custody, storage condition, tampering, misuse, or purchaser error cannot be reasonably excluded.
Clause 05
Documentation Issues
If a COA, batch record, or product document appears missing or mismatched, purchaser should contact support before using the material.
Documentation correction does not automatically entitle purchaser to refund unless the issue materially affects the fulfilled order and ForgePharms determines that refund or replacement is appropriate.
Clause 06
Chargebacks And Disputes
Purchasers are encouraged to contact ForgePharms support before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed directly.
Abusive, inaccurate, or bad-faith disputes may result in account restriction, order refusal, or other remedies available under the Terms of Service.
